Most teens dream of something; playing for a professional football team, becoming a pop star or becoming a millionaire. However, only a fraction of those who dream, realise it. As I've found in the cut-throat music industry, you don't choose success, it has to choose you, or should I say, those who can make you a success have to choose you. It's not necessarily about talent or even determination, despite all the slogans that try to convince you otherwise ('just keep working hard and one day you will get there'). Unfortunately, the reality is much harsher than that.
